Hi Everyone,

Annette and Dutchie - how are you feeling today? Good luck training

Dutchie and Carole- you are all starting to inspire me:) Maybe now that I've been doing more Cathe running will be easier.

Annette and Mari, do you run also or do you mostly stick to Cathe workouts? I am doing all Cathe now and unfortunately am not currently on a running regimen but am serviously thinking about it after hearing about these ambitious runners!

Today I did the entire MIC which I hadn't done all the way through before and I was doing really well with the choreography!

I have to say my chest is REALLY sore today - (I did Bootcamp yesterday) I hope it feels better soon because I would like to do one, if not both, of the Pyramids tomorrow.

Well off to Sam's Club to buy more aerobic flooring!

Talk to you soon

Hello everyone

Wendy, I wish I was still a runner. I was for a very long time but I had to stop due to arthritis of the hip -- serious bummer when you are a runner. I ran many many marathons in the past decade. I think running is great, and I miss it a lot. I do mainly low-non impact stuff nowadays, like biking, rowing, nordictracking etc. I do step too, but not much. Cathe's DVDs saved my sanity after I quit running. You'd love running! But you start it and you'll be addicted...:)

I did 1 hr cardio today, lots of HII's in it. Heart rate up to 172 -- tons of endorphins! After that BC abs.

Enjoy the weekend!

Hi Wendy,

I am feeling alot better now, and now I just have to lose the weight the medicine put on. I am down 1 as of this morning, and my cycle needs to start also and that will help.}(

No, I am not nor have I ever been a runner, I would end up with 2 black eyes, if you know what I mean:+ :p !! Too busty for that I am afraid. I do mostly Cathe with occasion Taebo (though I am thinking of giving them away) and I have a Reebok tape that I still do and enjoy, so mostly Cathe.

I did All Step today minus the shoulders but with the abs.

Have a great day!!:) :7 :D

Wendy..running can be very addictive like Mari said. Also it isn't for everyone. I have done it since High School and I am 45 now. I didn't start marathons til 1997 and actually my new thing before I got injured was a 50K (31 miles) I am hoping to do another one next year! Dutchie has been doing great with her running as you have probably already read. When people just begin running it actually inspires me..:)...you have a good base with using Cathe workouts for cardio and strength. The pyramids are one of my favorite workouts!

Annette, glad you are feeling better and the way you have been working out you will loose the weight easily I think. And "NO"...no black eyes with me running at all...:D

I am going to do KenpoX in awhile, my glutes are sore from P90X Legs & Back and my arms are a bit sore from PH (shoulders, biceps, triceps)that I did yesterday....love that DOMS....:)...Carole
