Hi all,

I went for a run, but after only 3K my knees were bothering me in such a way that I decided to walk home. My knees have been bothering me for the past three days... hmmmm that's when my weight went up as well. They feel tight.

Too bad, just have to take it easy.

I hope your knees feel better - I hate it when my mind wants to work out but my body won't let me! Take care of yourself and try to stretch them out really well today.

I did Body max (all except for the just toning segments at the end. Then I did High Step Circuit's Stability Ball Abs and for old time sake - 20min of Denise Austin Mat Work Pilates. I'm getting stronger every time!

Dutchie I am sorry about your knees, hopefully and prayerfully the pain will be short lived.

I did a basic taebo and rode 15 min. on the bike. My kids wanted to watch tv so I modified my workout for today!!:D Aren't I a nice mom, huh??!!:p

If my cycle would start then I think my weight will come back down all the way again. I still don't feel up to par so hopefully whatever bug I have will work its way out of me soon :( :+

I'm back!!! Hello everyone!:) :) :) :)

We spent close to one week in San Francisco and then travelled another 5 days in the area. It was a very nice and relaxing family vacation. I did not workout at all, but we did tons of walking, hiking etc. It was really great.
I came home with 3 extra pounds, that is not so bad considering the lack of exercise and the amount of chocolate I ate....
So I started today w/ 40 min Nordictrack at a fairly intense level, and I'll do P90X /Core tonight.
Probably I'll do mainly intervals in the next few days (Terminator, HSTA, BC because they seem to take the weight off the fastest for me.

Dutchie, how is running nowadays? I missed your last 2 weeks. Sorry about the knees.
Annette, as usual, you are just the best Mom! :)
