Good morning ladies. I am off to Oregon for a 9.3 mile (15K) trail run. The weather should be a bit cooler than it is where I live and its a very nice view as I run. Have a great weekend...:)...Carole

Carole! Enjoy your run. I am soo jealous. (in a good way!) You have been working hard. Hope the weather is perfect.

Carole, have fun with the run, let us know how it was.

I did the Cardio Conditioning premix off of KPC today. Gotta take the boys to swimming lessons and then help dh put a window in if the guy coming over to help and him still need more help.

Have a great day!!!:7

I am off to Oregon on Tuesday for 9 days of trail hiking. I am taking a 1.5 h step class this am at my gym and doing legs and abs before that.

Just turned down my DH's invitation to go out bike riding again today. My tushy is still sore from yesterday. Today I will do my cardio on the treadmill at the gym and do Slow & Heavy Triceps, Biceps & abs.

Annette, you are doing some renovation in your house? We've just renovated our bathroom -- it is so nice.... You go girl, new body, new windows, you have it all!:) :) :)

Carole, how was the run?

I did 30 min intense Nordictracking hr up to 166. After that CX shoulders and triceps and only some biceps because I was running out of time.

Have a great weekend everyone!:)

A 15K in Oregon sounds so nice, Carole.

I did Tae Bo advanced (the first series---old!) Hadn't done that one in a long time. Tired of running, and was ready for a video change up for the day.

I need more Cathe DVD's! Let's see----when is my Birthday? }(

Yesterday was the Anniversary of DH's and my first date! I should be thinking ahead! Putting up with him for 31 years, I should have a few more Cathes.....right? Hmmm....I think I want CTX next. :7

Cab!

Well, HAPPY, HAPPY! I definitely think that entitles you to some new Cathe's Good Luck!

Yes, we are, on Monday my dh had 2 other men over to help him put in a new dining room floor from the floor joists up, reframed the whole thing. Then on Thursday the inspector came and inspected the framing and we started putting in the plywood subfloor. My dh insulated and then we put in tongue and groove plywood subfloor it actually went rather smoothly which was nice. Yesterday he took off work again and framed out the wall for the new dining room window. Today he and another fellow and I helped some are putting in the dining room window which is really 2 windows put together as one unit. :) Of course the room still needs drywall and insulation in the walls and ceiling. We have already done the upstairs bathroom about 3 years ago and one bedroom upstairs. Then we did the side porch and turned it into a laundry room.:) After this we will be onto what was supposed to be the original project, the kitchen and back wall of the house is falling down and the seal is rotten. Then I will get a 10ft extension to my kitchen which will allow for an eat in kitchen and a full downstairs bath!!!:7 :7 This is an over 100 year old house and still needs alot of work. And of course we have no closets either!!:( My oldest son's room which was redone 3 years ago has the only full closet in the whole house!!:D

I will be right pleased when all is said and done!!!:D

I did 45 min. on the bike and after the guy left that helped dh put the window in we find out that it is not centered in the space, so poor dh had to take out all the nails and recenter the window with my help and re-nail and re-shim the window!!:+ ;( Not a good day for windows!!

That's all from the house of disarray in the middle of the renovation zone!!!:p

Thanks Debbie, Annette and Mari...:)... the run went well, the weather was perfect. I did a bit slower (about 45 sec) than last year but didn't place. I do hate 10 year age divisions!!! But hey...not bad for not doing any speedwork and I know my body is still getting used to the weight loss. Your workouts sounded great! I am looking forward to the P90X recovery week now... :D ....Carole

I did the double set Push Pull premix today adding in extra biceps, triceps and shoulders. For some reason this workout always gives me great leg doms.

Tomorrow I expect to do one of the Terminators along with some heavy duty gardening (I have to finally put in the last few shrubs that I bought this summer, before the planting season is over!!).

Take Care,
Shelbygirl
