workout question

Cathe (or anyone who may know),
Is it ok to only workout five days a week. I'm a nursing student right now so my schedule is very hectic. I seem to feel better when I have the weekend to rest, especially since I do such intense workouts (obviously yours;-) ) during the week. I also respond very quickly to exercise, so it is very easy for me to lose weight, but I just want to maintain my weight. I seem to be able to do this better with just five days of exercise. Thank you for your time,
 
Not Cathe here, but IMHO absolutely working out five days a week is fine. In fact, usually I only get in four sessions per week; they tend to be longer, but that's what works for me. A good mix of cardio and heavy weights, land training and aqua training.

If the 5-Per-Week works for you, it works. Go for it.
