workout on empty stomach

do any of you ladies believe that working out on an empty stomach burns more fat? if you do, have what are your personal results with it.
 
I don't know it it burns more fat but I do it when the workout is puke in the bucket intense. There is no way I could do Plyo work with food in my stomach. I don't want to (as my kids would say) blow chunks:p:eek:!
I usually take Xtend BCAA's and coffee when I'm working out on an empty stomach.

Hey Kariev! Well, for me, I eat accordingly to how long it's going to be before i do a workout. So in a nutshell, If I i'm not going to workout for a couple of hours, I have a regular meal. however if I hadn't eaten breakfast and I have to squeeze my workout in as soon as I wake up, then I'll have a small bite of something. Usually it's a slice of whole wheat bread. Hope that helps!

Cardio: I eat 1 hour before
Weights: I eat 30 min's to 1 hour before.

I remember years ago going to a hi impact class at the gym and I drank a lot of water before I went. You could hear the water bouncing around during the whole w/o. I was so embarrassed.:eek:

Good question. I was wondering the same thing, . . because of the heat I was thinking of waking up early to run but I can't run with food in my stomach. I usually have to eat and then rest for 1-2 hours depending on the size of the meal.
