Hey Kariev! Well, for me, I eat accordingly to how long it's going to be before i do a workout. So in a nutshell, If I i'm not going to workout for a couple of hours, I have a regular meal. however if I hadn't eaten breakfast and I have to squeeze my workout in as soon as I wake up, then I'll have a small bite of something. Usually it's a slice of whole wheat bread. Hope that helps!
