Workout Monday 9/27

I can't believe its Monday already - the weekends go by so fast. x(

Well, this morning I did KPC - the 53 minute premix - I just couldn't drag myself out of bed in time to do the whole thing. For some reason I just haven't decided if I love this video or not.

Lydia - you are going to love the BB series - there are so many options!:) I too have the Weight loss workout by Kathy Smith but I haven't pulled that one out for a while. Isn't that the one where they have the 1950's and the tropical segment - cracks me up:) !

Carole - The cubs are still 1/2 game ahead in the wild card race - for now;-)

Hi Wendy, I did KPC saturday , just the kickoxing (I only have the VHS).

I am doing a 4-5 mile run and Core Synergistics.

Yes, Lydia the BodyBlasts are one of my favorties!

I think its great about the Cubs! I live close to the Giants....but never did like that team much...so GO CUBS!!!!!!.......:)...Carole
 
Hi,today is ME premix upper body and pyramids lower body.I will rest tomorrow because I am going to a concert of my looooved mexican singer Luis Miguel.He sings in Madrid tomorrow. :)
 
Hi everybody, I'm back!! Miss me?!?:p We had a great time and I squeezed in a few workouts and walked alot. I got my tan for the fall now, we'll see how long it lasts,LOL!! I did CTX Kickbox today the whole thing, let's see how sore I am tomorrow. I am up about 7 pounds but hopefully with getting back home and back on track it should come back off. :eek: :7

We took a romantic outside Gondala ride at the Venetian after eating at the Grand Lux Cafe in the Venetian the evening I wore my swanky new black dress. We did however walk a little too much for my feet to handle in dressy strappy high heel sandals. But I survived. We also finally saw the light show on Freemont Street (2 shows actually) which was nice. We also did the Star Trek Experience Borg Invasion 4D (we did the Klingon one last year). It wasn't as interactive as it was played up to be but we enjoyed it.

we miss you. 7 pounds are nothing with cathe you will lose it soon.You have taken a outside Gondola ride at the Venetian.This must be very nice.I would like to do it one time in my life with a loved man embracing me.I know that somewhere there must be a man made for me as I am made for him.I only have to wait that he finds me.Oh what I am writing? I am incorregible romantic as I am a Cathe junkie.

Wendy, thanks for the BodyBlast encouragement...I really like the Timesavers...did #4 this afternoon and I'm thinking KPC is a killer...and there's no step involved!!!

Yup, that is the one with the tropical segment (which I love! also the one that starts with the "Popeye" arms and they're all wearing black or gray...those two are my favs) and the 50's routine, which I tolerate:).

My dh has ridden a gondola in Venice itself...I'd love to do that, but...oh, well. Do have a loving man to ride around with in his pick-up:) Glad you had such a great vacation, Calico!!!
 
Hope everyone had a good weekend! Welcome back Annette!!! You've got me dreaming of Venice now too, Stayfit you are quite the romantic, your way with words is charming:).

I did a lot of various weights at the gym this weekend so I was all about the cardio today. I popped in my brand spankin' new Timesaver DVD and did all of the cardio from the first 3 workouts (it's so fun mixing these familiar workouts up some) and then did some yoga for my back, hamstrings, low back and some spinal twisting. I scrubbed like a fiend in my daughter's room today, we've had water in the basement twice in the past 2 months so I pulled the carpet up and ewwwwwwww.....black mold;( x( I scrubbed with bleach so now the house smells like a public pool!! It was yukky but now it's done. :)

Can't wait to try the Viper tomorrow!!!!
