WORKOUT Monday 11/01

Goooood Mooorrning everyone,

Being totally terrified by the Hardcore pictures I decided it was time to get my act together and get my butt out of bed in the morning to workout and get in shape for the new workouts}(

So today I was up at 5:35 and at it by 5:50hrs. Did BM upper body split incl. abs and S&H triceps (giving a bit of extra attention to each body part this week).

And ofcourse I'll do my usual 5K run after work.

Good morning.The pictures are great.Today is my first day of the november rotation.I am going to add 3o minutes of cardio, maybe using my the ctx series dvd.Have a great day.

Now is 11: 18 AM in my country and I have finished yet slow and heavy chest and triceps with the abs of ME. My triceps were shaking during the exercises.Those slow dips really fried my triceps.while I post this message I am drinking one protein shake strawberry flavour.I am going to try clean eating because I want to see the results of one cathe rotation.Have fun. I can not wait to see pictures of kickmax.This is the workout the most I am looking for.I love bootcamp, KC ,KPC and the ctx kickbox and I am sure kickmax is going to be awesome.

Hello everyone:

I am so motivated by the new Hardcore videos pictures, are you? So today I will do Rhythmic step and 30 minutes of Abs and if I have time maybe some extra step aerobics. Yesterday evening, we walked down Harper Avenue in Chicago looking at the best Halloween decorations in the city (at least I think so anyway). The street was so crowded and the costums on some if the kids were really original. It was a lot of fun.

Good morning everyone,

I too am starting the November Rotation. I did PS Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Unfortunately, I loaned my ME tape to a friend so instead I did a segment from the Firm's 5 day Abs-not nearly as good as Cathe but a change of pace.

But, unfortunately I just ate a piece of leftover cake for breakfastx(. After reading Mariángeles' post about clean eating I'm feeling even more guilty right now.x( But Mariángeles you are giving me motivation to watch it for the rest of the day so Thanks:). It's that time of the month and I tend to eat whatever I want. If I could avoid this week out of the month I would be about 5 pounds lighter;-)

Wendy I am very happy if I have motivated you. I have a sweet tooth too. Don't worry ¿Who can resist a piece of cake? but the eating habits are the 80% to see results.I train very hard but if I eat sweets, pasta etc I will never see the results under the fat.I have decided to eat well during this month and I can do anything I want, that is something I have learn of cathe. I hope we will see more hardcore pictures tonight.Tomorrow I will do the 2 day in the november rotation. I am going to substitute the 30 minutes run with the hi/low of MIC.

Hey All! Monday already!! Hallowe'en is truly frightening. My 3 Children (Cleopatra, a Genie and a Pickle) brought no less than 25 lbs. of candy home after trick-or-treating last night. So far so good today but I had more than a few treats last night.x( I'll try to eat clean with you today Stayfit:) I'm lovin' the hardcore pictures I'm very excited about these DVD's.:7

This morning I pulled out Circuit Max and CTX PowerCircuits. I skipped the PC warm up and sandwiched the cardio and circuits with CM. It was a great workout. Circuits really get the sweat gland going and goodness knows I needed the cardio.:)

Good morning, everyone,

Good luck to all the people starting the November rotation. I did Cathe's January rotation, and really liked the creative ways she put together the workouts.

This morning I did The Gauntlet followed by Bootcamp core premix. Circuit #5 in that workout is a toughie! But I feel good now.

Laurie, a really good combo is Circuit Max followed by CTX Step & Intervals. It's a lot like MIC in style, length, and intensity.

Hi There! Today I dusted off StepFit and had some fun. I also did Pilates for 40 minutes. I'll be walking the dog soon for about 40 minutes too.

Hi all, I am trying the November rotation so I did S&H chest and triceps but I did MIS abs since I don't have ME. I will have to modify it a little but of all her rotations this one has the most tapes that I have in it so I thought I would give it a whirl.
