Gooooood Mooooorning all:) :) ,

My legs are fine this morning. No soreness, not even stiffness.

Did MIS this morning, skipping all lunges (don't wanne be stressing my knees more than I have to with the mileage I'm running).

Have an absolute great day, hopefulle a bit warmer then it is overhere. Looks like Autumn these past few days.

Wow....no soreness! That's great Dutchie...:D . I do like MIS, it's a good workout and probably smart to avoid those lunges. I am doing P90X Chest,Shoulders & Triceps, AbRipper and a 4-5 mile run. Autumn weather sounds nice....:)...Carole
 
Hi all, I changed my thoughts for this week and did Slow and Heavy Chest and Back today with abs from MIS. I will do cardio tomorrow, this is a change from that rotation of cardio and heavy weights daily. I was still able to keep my weights higher on the chest but my lower back was hurting as soon as I started the Back work today. Not sure if I did something over the weekend or it was just a shock to my system to do both Chest and Back in the same day. :eek: :+ I made it through but had to lower my weight on some and do a 45 degree angle on the first exercise. Does anybody actually feel the hamstrings pull with dumbbell deadlifts? Because I don't, mind you my hamstrings are NEVER tight and I can touch the floor without even feeling it in the hamstrings. Maybe my hamstrings are just really loose and I will never feel any of the exercises that claim to be felt in the hamstrings.:p
