Good Morning all,

Macska and Carole, thanks for the advice. Very useful.

I did a 3K Rover runat 6AM (it's Rover's morning walk and I thought I'd run), and added weights only off of SJP.

Carole, I'm starting to feel weak on this Eat to Live diet. I can't workout properly anymore. Any suggestions? I did lose another 2 (metric) pounds. I think I'm losing weight too fast. I'm at 5 pounds in two weeks.

I felt a bit weak during my long runs in the first 2 weeks. I was fine doing any other workouts though. Not sure if it was just my body detoxifying....or the decrease in protein. I made sure to add at least a cup of any kinds of beans to my salad's. I also modified a bit and added some whey protein powder to my smoothie in the morning after a hard workout. As it is good for muscle recovery. Do you know how much protein you are getting everyday? I lost weight fast too...you could also try adding some good fat like avocado, olive oil, walnuts and maybe slow the weight process down. It's all about making it work for you. Going vegey is very hard...I would just modify a bit and give it some time. I am doing a new Yoga today and a 4 mile run....enjoy the day ladies...Carole
 
My experience-- when I tried to cut back calories my long runs suffered.
Don't forget also, when you lose weight that fast it is mainly water and GLYCOGEN -- the very fuel you need for running. If I were you I'd eat a little more calories on Saturday and probably that would help with running.

Ok so I am late posting, but yesterday I did Slow & Heavy Chest and MIS' abs only. Then we took the boys to their birthday pool party at grandmom house in Annapolis. It threatened ran all day and we prayed through little showers that would stop so all the grandkids could have a great time swimming. They actually got burnt a little through the clouds. We all had a great time and despite eating poorly I am still at goal this morning so I am happy!!:7
