Workout Manager

Hi there,

I finished the 3 month STS rotation in June and I'm restarting STS this week. I'm using the same 1RMs that I used the first time, but I have a question about the Workout manager.

Last time, I didn't enter in the weights I used from each workout. I just did the workouts, and that was it. This time, I went through and entered it from Disc 1. What is the benefit of doing this? Will it update my 1RMs or change what weights I'll use for Disc 4? My 1RMs appear to be too high this time (I did essentially NOTHING with my upper body since June), so I was hoping it would adjust this for me, but when I look back at the workout card for disc 1, it looks the same.

Thoughts?

I just printed my workout card for Disc 1, and indeed, no exercises were updated with different weights. I'm just wondering what the purpose is of entering the weights for each workout if it doesn't update anything? Does anyone use this feature?
 
Entering a actual weight will not affect future workouts or your 1RM. This field was designed to be used so you could enter the actual weight you used in a workout for that day only. You need to use the 1RM function if you want your weights to show for future workouts

Ok, thanks, SNM. I am going to play with it and see how I can make it work for me. I didn't have a chance to do all of my 1RM before starting this time, and I'm a weakling now!
