I have tried to set up the work out manager with a rotation from previous Cathe rotations. (in particular the beginner and intermediate ones) however, it caps me out at 4 weeks and the beginner one at least is 12 weeks.
Cathe do you have any plans to create a workout for some of the older but popular rotations you have had - or will the workout manager get better with time?
I'm coming back from an injury and need the beginner and intermediate rotation. But I LOVE the WO Manager and like to see how I can keep track. Makes me feel like I have accomplished something!!!
