Workout Friday Nov. 5/04

FiddleFit

Cathlete
Good morning everyone,

Can't believe I'm the first one to check in today! And I'm waaaay over in the west, in Mountain Standard Time. Maybe everyone is still transfixed by the first photo from CoreMax, and can't pull their eyes away. Kind of like looking at a train wreck. Someone should tell Cathe that fingertips are not part of the core area.

Anyhoo, this morning I did BootCamp. Wasn't even slightly in the mood for this workout, but it was on my schedule, so I did it anyway. It didn't feel so bad, I managed quite well, and now I am done. Woohoo!!

One more day with my Intensity Series rotation, then next week I move on to a Power Hour+/Rhythmic Step+ rotation. I think I'll add some IS core work to my rotation next week, because it is the most effective stuff she's put out so far (but CoreMax is looming.......)

Have a good day!

Good morning.Today is my 5 day of the november rotation.I had more work in my job yesterday and I came back home at 9:00 PM.I did not do my workout.Yesterday was my rest day.I promise do not loose more days in my rotation. I am seeing more definition in my abs. Maybe is the clean eating too. Have a great weekend.

It was Boot Camp for me as well this morning! I was not in the mood either, but very proud of myself once I was done because I did it the whole way through (including all the terminators) without taking any extra pauses or breathing time! WOO HOO! I feel great!

Katie

Woo Hoo!! High Five, Katie! I was thinking to myself as I was doing the workout that not many people who post on the daily workout check in mention doing BootCamp. It's nice to know that I wasn't alone today (other than the four year old laying on the couch, eating a peanut butter and honey sandwich, and telling me to hurry up and get my ball because Cathe's on the floor already....)

Mariángeles, don't feel so bad about having to miss a workout. Key is consistency in the long term. Great news about your core; keep up the clean eating!

Sandra

Hi Ladies,

No workout for me today, I'm tapering for a half marathon this Sunday.
Tomorrow I will do a 3 mile run at a very slow pace.

good morning, gals! i did the viper, by accident! i meant to do the gauntlet.. i had just done the viper on monday ( oh well....

Hi, I did the November rotation but I did a premix off of KPC instead of the whole thing. I also did Leaner Legs abs instead of KPC abs. It was a 51 min. premix plus the abs I did so it was a nice workout.:)

Have a great day!!:D

I too did Bootcamp this morning! It always kicks my booty!;-) Yesterday I had done KPC and a pilates abs routine. Have a great weekend! Stay strong-Susan

I have finished KPC yet. This workout is awesome. The music fit with each movement.I am very tired today but Cathe as usual has helped me to do it.I can not wait to see the pictures of kickmax. I have lot of work to do.Tomorrow I am going to do IMAX 2 with the pyramid lower body standing exercises. have fun and a great weekend.

Hello everyone!

I am SO excited....I just received my SB/SJP dvd, so of course I will be trying it out tonight:7 :)!! I think I am doing Step Blast.

Saturday will either be BC or HSTA (haven't done that one in a while!)and Sunday will be ME plus KPC premix. I have GOT to prepare for Hardcore}(

By the way I emailed Sharon from Active You and I will be receiving my catalogs shortly, I can't wait:D ! She seems like a very nice lady and is actually located only about 25 minutes from me!!

Have a wonderful weekend:D

Lucky you, Sandy! SB/SJP are, in my opinion, her workouts with the highest fun factor. Let us know how you liked Step Blast.

Hi everyone,

I have a migraine today & feel like...well, you know!

Today was cardio...NOT in the mood, so took Diana for a walk/run. Good idea, made me feel a little better since the sun was out today. So I came home & did Basic Step. I did NOT kick it up a notch! LOL

I knew I would need that workout sooner or later.

Ruth:)

Hi Sandra,

I did end up doing SB and OMG it was so much fun:7 :+ !! I got most of the moves but had a little difficulty with the 2nd combo.....don't worry I'll be doing lots of practice;) I have to tell you SB lived up to it's name....the blast nearly knocked the wind right out of me}( ! The music adds to the fun factor and I can't wait to try out SJP!

Oh now I dream of the day I have those Hardcore workouts in my hands....!

Take care!
