Hi all, where is everybody?

I did Slow and Heavy Triceps, Biceps and Abs today.:7

My weight was almost back down this morning but I was also sick yesterday and that helped. Today didn't start out much better but I am able to eat without it going right through me:+ :eek: :) !!

So sorry you weren't feeling well. Hope you'll feel better soon. But good thing the weight is down. How do you workout when you're not feeling well?

I managed to gain 3 pounds in 3 days. How? I don't know. But it coincided with the warm weather:)

Just did a yogazone today. Not much energy.

I woke up feeling ok, it wasn't until I ate something that my problems started. Yesterday was the same, I was fine until I ate, then I lived in the bathroom.:+ :-( So far what I have eaten today other than my smoothie this morning has stayed in my body. After my smoothie and the trip to the bathroom I really thought today was going to turn into yesterday. But so far so good after initial trip.:D

You could be retaining water in the heat, or near your t.o.m. I know mine is due any day but with being sick maybe I won't gain any, or one can always hope!!:D
