I think even a little rain here would be nice! It has cooled down a bit though, from about 110 to the upper 90's. I am doing KPC and AbRipperX today. Enjoy your workouts......Carole
Hi all, I did Slow and Heavy Biceps and abs, then did the 1st 5 intervals with cooldown and stretch on Interval Max 1. I was pouring the sweat. I am maintaining my weight loss actually a little less than goal so that is good.
I did P90X Back and Legs today. First time on the pull up bar. Before I was using my TotalGym w/added weights on the highest elevation. But today --- oh man. Whoever is not using pull up bar is cheatin'.:7 It is so much harder! I did 12 of each with some chair assistance, and only a few without it. My hr was up to 156. I started to respect P90X a lot more today.
For dessert: PUB abs w/medball and I did all the pikes.:9
