The weekend is almost here:)

Ran 6K at 6AM this morning with Rover. Too bad about the weather, cloudy, drizzling rain and only 13C (55F). Can't believe it's supposed to be Summer.

Well, I'm off for a shower and work.

I think even a little rain here would be nice! It has cooled down a bit though, from about 110 to the upper 90's. I am doing KPC and AbRipperX today. Enjoy your workouts...:)...Carole
 
Hi all, I did Slow and Heavy Biceps and abs, then did the 1st 5 intervals with cooldown and stretch on Interval Max 1. I was pouring the sweat. I am maintaining my weight loss actually a little less than goal so that is good.:D

You guys are doing great!:)

I did P90X Back and Legs today. First time on the pull up bar. Before I was using my TotalGym w/added weights on the highest elevation. But today --- oh man. Whoever is not using pull up bar is cheatin'.:7 It is so much harder! I did 12 of each with some chair assistance, and only a few without it. My hr was up to 156. I started to respect P90X a lot more today.
For dessert: PUB abs w/medball and I did all the pikes.:9
 
Yesterday, Friday, Slow & Heavy Chest and Back. Bike riding with my DH. Today my pecs are aching and my backside is all chaffed. So, OW.
 
Nancy, Slow and Heavy always has a way of making you say OW!!!!!!!!...:)...good workout...:)...Carole
