Good morning ladies....didn't post yesterday but did do a 5 mile run. Had to cut it short as there were 2 Dobermans running loose and I didn't really feel like dealing with them...:)

Today I want to do a total body workout so I think Push Pull as I have not done it in awhile and then a 10 mile run.

My new Freddy shoes feel great! For aerobics I usully just buy whatever I can finds on sale like Nikes or Reeboks but these...WOW....a huge difference...Have a good day...:)...Carole
 
Hi everybody,

I have not posted here much but really need to start being more consistent. I have a wedding to go to in Jamaica in May and I must be buff!! I really don't need to lose more then like 5lbs. but I want to tone up alot. Can't wait for Hard core:)

Today is High Step Advanced (I just got it so I am so excited to do a new workout)

Good morning.Today I have to do cardio kicks in the November rotation. I hope you will have a great weekend. I have received today the abs hits dvd. My collection of cath dvd is completed:) :) :) .Now I have to wait only for the hardcore.}( }( .I am thinking to buy by kos usa the pink pant and the top cathe used in IMAX 3. It is so lovely. I really love the upper clothe cathe used in the last pictures. I love that blue top.Have a great weekend.

Goooooooooooood Friday morning, everyone! I.....feel..........AWESOME. :) :) My chest cold, slight that it was, is on the downside, meaning things are loosening up. I woke up this morning feeling MUCH better than yesterday - headache and sore throat are gone. MIC was on the menu for today, so I threw it in the player, and got to work. That workout has a very low fun-factor, but there is no other workout that makes me feel soooooo good when I'm finished. That blast at the very end is my absolute favourite five minutes of Cathe workouts. I love how she changed the music completely; it provides that extra bit of motivation to put your all into the blast. I wish she had done that with the Rhythmic Step Challenge. I finished my workout with the Muscle Endurance ab work. Okay, enough about me.

Hi Jennifit1 and Chiquita. It's nice to see more people wanting to join in. That premix is a doozy, Chiquita. Enjoy! Jennifit1, HSTA is a lot of fun, and very effective. A nice change from the ordinary.

Wendy and Sandy, it looks like we're all going to be doing the rotation on different weeks. I might be convinced to do it next week with Sandy, unless Wendy wants to do it the week of Nov 22 for sure? Sandy, I'm pleased you enjoyed SJP so much. A really fun alternative is to do the premix that goes: (step segment, hi/lo segment, weights)x4. Heck, any version of the SB/SJP workouts are fun!

Annette, I would be lost without my peanut butter :-( What is it about peanut butter that would be so hard on the system? How is your knee today?

Carole, wow, those dogs don't sound too friendly. After all your P90X, Push Pull is probably going to seem rather easy?

Mariángeles, how neat that you have the entire CF collection! Enjoy Cardio Kicks - I remember how much you love kickboxing.

Laurie, when you create a class, do you use the same music we hear on the radio, or do all these songs have remixed versions that make them workout-friendly? And there is a song by Trick Daddy, called "Let's Go" that is currently in full radio play, and every time I hear it I think that I would love to have it as part of a weight training or kickboxing workout. It's got some Ozzy's Crazy Train vocals in it; it's very aggressive and really makes you want to pump LOL!

Okay, I should write this much on my thesis! Maybe I'd be done already.........

Today I did a yoga workout - I had IMAX 1 planned but I didn't sleep well so I just didn't have it in mex(

Sandra -I think I will wait to do your rotation until I finish with my modified Cathe rotation just because I am so excited to try S&H - I've heard so many great things about it. Also, just curious-what are you going to school for? I just finished my Master's of Community Health and Health Education in August and I know how much time you must be putting into it-Good luck.:)

Mariángeles-That's awesome that your Cathe DVD collection is complete- I have 6 to go (Classics, Ab Hits, Timesaver, Cardio Hits, and IS and PS(I have these two on VHS but would really like DVD:))

Sandy - Aren't SJP and SB fun - I haven't done SJP for a while so hopefully once I finish the rotations I have planned I can do it.

Jenni - Welcome to you and Chiquita-Anyway, I love HSTA but I hope you like leg presses:) Great for the rear view also!

Carole- You must be in great shape with all the running you do-Do your knees ever bother you?

Hey All!! Today I sandwiched Cardio and Weights between StepBlast Combo 3 and SJ&P step. It was a very fun workout with just enough weights.

Sandra, the songs we use for choreography are looped to be 32 count friendly. Most are quite different than the radio version with a few extra or missing choruses or bridges. THANK YOU for 'naming that tune' for me. I've just started hearing it this week and did a total double take at the radio the first time I heard Ozzy's familiar cry in the middle of a hip hop song. Love it!! I think it's awesome that they sample from older music (my music!) and I can say to my Kids, 'that's so and so'....makes me look cool to them and I'm all for that!!!!

I love getting good new shoes too Carole, makes me feel so light on my feet. Congrats on your complete DVD collection Stayfit!

My workout for the day is done. Each time I do cardio kicks I love more this workout. I love the last segment and the intensity of cathe in the punch segment and be punching with men is an extramotivation as cathe says. There is no pictures of kickmax :( :( :( but I must be happy. My cathe dvd collection is completed now:) :) :) :) .Have a great weekend.

Hi Wendy and Sandra, I am here did a lunchtime workout of Cardio Kicks on the November rotation. My knee feels better I think I stood too long at a funeral home in high heel boots without my orthotics and made my knee hurt.

Peanuts is a common allergy and of course a legume so I am told to develop an allergy is common. I get extremely horrible smelling gas when I eat it and my tummy rumbles and I can't control the gas.:( :+ My poor dh wants me out of the bed at night since I smell sooo bad. And supposedly soy falls in the same category as peanuts in the legume family so I might also be sensitive to them too. I am going to try and eat a piece of cheese today and see if it is dairy too.

Thanks for asking about me. I am still hanging in there.:D

Sandra, so glad you're better! Oh I can't wait to try all those premixes:7 !! So will you be starting the rotation with me? This will actually be the first rotation I'll be following for a whole week, can't wait:D }( !

Stayfit, wow, congratulations on completing the collection...very impressive:7 .....I have a way to go before I can say the same thing:-( !

Wendy, I think SB/SJP is going to turn out to be one of my all time favorites from Cathe, right along with IMAX2!! Now of course I will have to complete the BB series with PP/SS dvd:D !

Hello to you all. Today I did a kickbox video I found at our library called Cardio Athletic Kickbox. It was really fun and tough. Then I added the drills from Cardio Kicks and the drills from KPC. I was having a stressful morning so I needed to get out my aggression!
;-) I'll be walking my dog later for about 40 minutes and hope to get in some really good stretching tonight. Take care-Susan
