Good morning! Today is P90X Legs & Back and a 4 mile run for me. I probably won't have time for Ab RipperX, so I'll do that tomorrow...have a great day...:)...Carole
 
I'm always amazed at those of you who can actually do legs AND run on the same day. Actually, I'm amazed at anyone who can run, period. lol
 
Hi, I did PS Biceps and then I did selected leg work from PS Legs and Abs, I did the Plie squats/ squats/sit and stand squats/ step ups/ and calf raises then did the abs off of MIS. You don't think I was avoiding lunges do you?!?:+ :p Yep I was, just couldn't have done the workout without leaving out the lunges,LOL!! Gotta get over that but for now I will modify, modify, modify!!!

Hi Carole! I FINALLY finished up w/my 3rd week of P90X. Today is a rest day for me! Whew! Tomorrow starts my recovery week. I'll let you know on Tues. how its going. Have a great 4th of July weekend! Kathy:D

Well, I overslept. So much for exercising in the morning for me. BUT ready to do P90X Legs and Back, some cardio and some Cathe abs tonight At least I don't have to rush.
