Good morning ladies...P90X Core Synergistics and a 4 mile run for me today. I really like this core workout, it is so hard sometimes but so fun. Have a great day...:)...Carole
 
I did Slow and Heavy Biceps and abs, then I did the cardio portion(minus the Power Drills) on Cardio Kicks. Thankfully I was back at my goal weight this morning.

Good evening again

15 min bike and P90X Legs & Back today. All those pull ups on the bar, but with assistance. Great wo ...:)
 
it was a rest day for me. I was feeling tired:( ToTM got to me I think. But, made it through without a bite of chocolate or cookie. I'm proud of me. :)
