Good morning girls....today is P90X Legs & Back or (Back & Legs), I always forget...:)...then a 4 mile run. I sure missed this workout in my recovery week last week. Have a great day...:)...Carole
 
Hi Carole,

I did Slow and Heavy Tricep and Biceps today. I laid out in the sun yesterday and it felt soooo good.:D

oh Annette, you make me so jealous.... lying in the sun everyday. I'm luck if the sun shines for 5 minutes before it starts raining again. But tomorrow will be 19C, dry and only partly cloudy. Best weather we've had all week:)

Anyways, did Yogazone Flex&Tone today.

Hello ladies!

Yes, my favorite Legs and Back today. It seems that the more I do it the harder it gets. At the beginning I was watching a lot more what was going on. Now I know the routine and can pay full attention to my form etc., so I can get a better workout. I Increased the weights on my TotalGym by 20 lb for the pull ups --YIPPEE! I Nordictracked for 25 min to warm up.
