Good morning! I haven't posted for a few days. My upperham/lower glute has been a bit sore from my trip on the trails last Sunday...I know it's just this "over 40 thing" x( > I have been working mostly my upper body and abs and just some leg floorwork. I am going to try a 3 mile run today after MIS chest and back. Have a great workout!!........Carole
Carole, it is NOT the over the 40 thing. It is pain caused by overuse, OK?
I finally had a lot of time this morning and I was feeling very good too, so after a mile run and 15 min bike I decided to do Viper for the first time. It is just great! I love ME no matter what , but to combine it with cardio -- just fantastic. Finished it with Bodymax abs, now I feel like a million dollar.
I did upper body segment of Body Max and then an 8 min. taebo. I am feeling pretty good, I am up a pound and a half from my low but my measurements are all the same so that is good. I know the reason and they will be gone really soon (if I get my boys to eat more than I do,LOL!!)
I did Circuit Max yesterday and that about killed me but it was fun hadn't done the whole thing in a while. Then on Wednesday I did the step portion of MIC.
