Hello, I'm looking to buy some Cathe workout DVD. I'm looking to purchase an advance step workout with fairly easy choreography. Any recomdations would greatly be apreciated. Thanks!

You might want to post this question in the Open Discussion area as you will probably get many more responses.

That being said, I would recomend Cathe's Imax 2/Cardio and Weights DVD or Low Impact Circuit.

BIG fan of the Low Max and Cardio & Weights when I'm looking for something a little lighter. Step blast is also an easier one for me.
