I figured I'd start it off this week since I've got alot to do today and I'm rarin' to go!

Monday: Nothing

Tuesday: S&H Chest/Back/Planks

Wednesday: S&H Triceps/CTX All Step

Thursday: S&H Shoulders/Abs/CIA 2K07

Friday: Rest

Saturday: Power Hour

Sunday: Definitely a cardio day...maybe the stairmaster or the bike....we'll see.

TUESDAY: IMax (1st 5 intervals)
15 minutes stretching

WEDNESDAY: CTX 10-10-10
Power Hour
15 minutes stretching

THURSDAY: CardioKicks
15 minutes stretching

FRIDAY: Still Jumpin'
15 minutes stretching

SATURDAY: Sick with temp of just about 102. Just felt terrible.

I feel good about my week. I hope whatever is causing this temperature goes away quickly.

Kelly: I just had to take a moment and say how impressed I was that you were able to do CTX 101010 AND Power Hour all in one day! Either workout in itself can totally wipe me out!

My week:

Sun. 30 min. jog

Mon. Taught hi/lo

Tue. Circuit Max upper body only. I really liked this! My legs weren't so rubbery and the cardio parts felt great. Heavying up really fatigued my upper body too. I did heels while upper body work.

Wed. Taught hi/lo, one of my students quit! I was quite depressed.

Thu. Hills on treadmill, 30 min. DebbieH called and cheered me up. Thanks so much!

Fri. Body Max legs and upper body.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

:-jumpy I'm pleasantly sore. :9 Here it is from 3/10 - 3/16

Sun. -- Off

Mon. -- S&H Legs & Shoulders

Tues. -- Power max; bike: 20 min.

Wed. -- S&H Chest & Back; CTX All Step (step only)

Thurs. -- 1 mile walk; bike: 1 hour; Body Max (1st step portion only)

Fri. -- S&H Biceps & Triceps

Sat. -- Off

I'm well-rested, so I will do either Interval Max or Intense Moves today!! :) Have a geat week everyone.

So sorry Andrea! I'm a preschool teacher, and have a philosophy that doesn't work for some parents. When I lose a student, it is hard to deal with, and I feel like it is a reflection on me, even though I know better! I hope you are feeling better--thank goodness for Debbie H!

Sat: Tae Bo Live vol. 9
Sun: Run with dogs--3 miles, walk 1/2 mile and stretching

I hit a plateau recently. So I decided to shock my body into something different. Been doing Kick boxing. Have been using Billy Blanks. Must say, " I love this man". Feel like I've been pushed to a new level.

I have also ordered (Janis Saffell, Kickbox Expres), (Powerstrike, Millenium 2), (Debbie Burns, Bodyboxing TKO).

Cathe still is my #1 driving & motivating force and my workout buddy!

Hi everyone. Today is the day of our skating carnival and my daughter has a solo so I best make this quick. Here was my week:

Monday - PS CST in a.m. and a live yoga clas in the p.m.

Tuesday - 45 minute walk in the a.m.

Wednesday - Happy Hour High Low

Thursday - Action Packed Step (a learning day for sure)

Friday - rest

Saturday - Circuit Max - (first time for this one in awhile)

Sunday - PS BBA, the hi lo of Action Packed (more learning) and the 1st part of Women with Balls and a small portion of the 2nd part. Today was a long workout day but I had fun.

Hi Everyone!!!! Everyone sounds like they had a great week, except for the fever, hope it goes away soon. I did Donna's Fat Blasting Circuits & Intervals Rotation. I am weighing tomorrow, and I hope it blasted some fat, I feel like it did. Anyway, here goes:
Monday: BodyMax
Tuesday: IMAX
Wednesday: Power Hour, plus CTX 10-10-10, cardio only
Thursday: Cardio Kicks
Friday: Circuit Max
Saturday: Leaner Legs, and the cardio of CTX Step and Intervals

Today, I rested!!! Have a great next week everyone.

Hi, everyone! I had a pretty good week. My running is speeding up and I have a bunch of races coming up!

My week looked like this:

Sunday Long Run 10.6 miles
Monday Easy Run 5.5 miles
Tuesday Power Circuit CTX Upper Body
Wednesday Speed Work 5 miles fast!
Thursday 10 10 10 Leaner Legs
Friday Tempo Run 6 Miles Upper body free weights 3 sets, 3 exercises per body part

Hey guys.. sounds like everyone had great weeks...

I've added the gym into my rotation.. so trying to figure out the best way... think I'm doing the gym for more free weights (they have 20s i dont etc) and the machines... and a cardio work out.

It's really nice to get into a gym environment and see other folks (and some cute guys ;) always motivating ----!!!!

SO here is my week

S - LL
M - rest
T - gym - cardio and weights
W - kick box
T - power circuit
S - gym cardio and weights ( lower body)
S - gym cardio and weights (upper body)

THinking I may do
3 days gym - cardio and weights
3 days cardio - cathe :)
1 -2 days lean legs...

I just wish there were more days in a week for the cathe tapes and the gym!!

Hey, Robyn, I know what you mean--it's hard to fit in the gym and Cathe as much as I would like to. Still trying, though.

M: Pilates mat routine, 3 mile hike
T: 90 minute hike
W: :30 walk/run, S&H triceps & biceps
Th: Pilates private session, felt lousy in pm
F: :30 stationary bike
S: 1:30 hike, Pilates mat
S: :30 swim

Yes, I have indeed started training for those triathlons! I'm looking forward to switching to CTX/MIS/PH twice a week as I've been doing Slow & Heavy type of workouts all winter and I am ready for a change.
