Why doesn't my workout card print out the suggested percentage weight for all of my exercises even though I did the 1RM tests for them? For example, I did the 1RM test for dumbell squats and got a 1RM of 32 lbs, but on the Disc 3 workout card, the recommended percentage weight to use prints out as NA. I noticed that this happens mostly on leg exercises. Any input would be much appreciated.
