Workout Card Problem

Why doesn't my workout card print out the suggested percentage weight for all of my exercises even though I did the 1RM tests for them? For example, I did the 1RM test for dumbell squats and got a 1RM of 32 lbs, but on the Disc 3 workout card, the recommended percentage weight to use prints out as NA. I noticed that this happens mostly on leg exercises. Any input would be much appreciated.

I checked on my workout Card for disk 3 and my dumbell squats DO list a target weight. Also, on my Workout card if my Target Weight says NA it occurs when the column % of 1RM says 0(maybe because I didn't perform 1RM -- I'm not sure!). Not sure why yours list NA and why mine lists an actual weight. That's kind of weird!

You'll notice as you go through the program, you'll get lots of NA's on the warm up exercises, umm, well, at least I do! :D

Good luck on the program. It is really empowering! I just finished the last strength disk #36 yesterday! I'm going to take about a 1 week break and do Meso 3 again!
