Workout Card after done with workout

When I finish a workout, am I suppose to enter my actual weights and reps into the workout card? Will this effect the Target Weight the next time I do the exercise? Or, is the Target Weight always calculated on my original 1 rep max results. After the first workout (disk1 ) I found that not all the target weights were right. Should I go in and adjust the 1 rep max? If entering the actuals does not effect the Target Weight for the next time I do the exercise, what is the purpose of entering the actual weight and reps done (this is not a nasty question, I'm just trying to be sure I am using the workout manager to it's fullest potential)?

If you wish to keep track of your actual reps and weights you just have to click on the calendar date of your workout and then in the sidebar click the small gray arrow to show your workout details. Then click "edit workout" and your workout card will appear. You may now enter the actual reps and weights you did. This will not effect any future workout cards or your 1RM results.

If you find your weights are not correct then yes you will need to go back to your 1RM calculator and make some adjustments.
