Workout Blender

Hi All,
I just got an ipad for xmas and i'm thinking about making a few videos with the workout blender. For those of you that have started doing this do you like the workouts you end up creating?

What are your thoughts...thanks
Elena

Yes! I love the WOB and have been having fun creating new mish-moshes with the handful of digital WOs I have. I will say, I regret not pre-ordering the DVD & digital download bundle, although at the time it didn't seem necessary to do both. Right now I do digital WOs on my iPhone, but I plan to buy a next-gen iPad and can see myself very likely only buying digital after that.

Have fun with your new iPad...I'm jealous! :D

I received an ipad for Christmas too! :D
Do you know where or how the workouts other members create will be posted for sharing?
I haven't made any of my own workouts, I'm waiting to get ideas. I think SNM should make a few to give us ideas.;)
I own 8 digital downloads and I have no clue what I should buy for my library. :eek:I'm thinking about buying STS download even though I have it on dvd. I'm also considering 4DS.

I love, love, love the workout blender!!!! The only downloads I have are STS. I just used the workout blender for the first time yesterday. I created 3 different full body STS workouts including abs for under 55 min. each. This works perfectly for me :) Before the blender I was trying to firgure out how to do full body 3x a week in under an hour each. The possibilities are endless.

I have an iPod Touch and I love the downloads and the workout blender. I can create any type of workout I want and and doing the workout is as easy as plugging my iPod into the TV and off I go....I probably won't buy DVDs any longer because the downloads offer a lot of advantages that I cannot get with DVDs.

I love full body workouts too! What a great idea:cool:. I think you just sold me on the STS digital download. :D

I got the 32 gig Ipod Touch for Christmas. I wasn't going to invest in the wob right now but now that I have the means to use it, how can I not!?!? :D I just want to wait until DH is around. He has more knowledge and patience for pc related stuff so if I run into a problem or don't know what to do, he can help me. Still need to decide what downloads I want to start with anyway! ;)

I just purchased the entire STS with the 10% off coupon($179.97) and the Pyramid Upper body that is on special for 30% off($6.91).
I'm going to add a little to my digital library every month. The STS program was a great addition! Also, I'm thankful I have a son who can help me back up files etc. :D:D

I got the iPod Touch for Christmas too and was thinking about downloading the new High Reps workout, since I only ordered the STS Total Body DVD. I am new at using an iPod and was having problems with downloading my CC and ITrain workout, that I figured I would mess up the DVD one.

anyone with an iPod that would like to share some download tips with us "newbies"?

Version 2.0, when it's released, is supposed to allow us to share/download one another's premixes. If there has been any other info about it, I haven't heard.

It's fairly simple. Have you seen the tutorial? It walks you through step by step: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_sBTjhaDzI

My tips would be: to save the purchased digital downloads to a folder where you will easily find them later, and know that you will not be able to move the original files from this folder. (I save mine simply to the "Downloads" folder, but a subfolder dedicated just to Cathe WOs probably would not have been a bad idea.)

Also, the downloads can take a bit of time. Doing several at once can take a few hours, so you might want to download overnight.

Happy mixing!

Thanks for the quick response..now I am going to sound really dumb, but where is the folder that you recommend saving the Cathe downloads? on Itunes? on Cathe server or on the iPod itself?

Deb, I have mine on my PC hard drive. Created a folder for Cathe sub folder download.
That way when you want to bring them into the blender they will always be in the same folder.
