Workout Blender problems

I just ordered the Step Jump and Pump and tried to use the workout blender option. After selecting the workouts, I pressed start and the DVD just went to blue screen. I had to press menu to get it back. I noticed the workout blender is not on the DVD's other than this series and didn't know if it just had too many kinks or if I needed to send it back.

I have used my workout blender on that DVD and have never had any problems like that. You should contact customer service.
