Workout blender & CatheLive class 1/31/19

I loved the upper body CatheLive this week so much, and being the blender junkie I am, I just had to blend my own re-make on it!!!
It's different but kind of follows the same "game plan" working one body part, then moving out of it by introducing the next and so on.....
If you love the CatheLive class as much as me, maybe you will like my rendition too. . I will be revisiting that Live too, many times!!!!
Cathe comes up with such great ideas!

I had NO Idea you could make workout blends from Cathe's live classes? do you mean I can string them together or clip part of one to another?

Hi Nanoo52,

You can only make workouts from our premium Cathe OnDemand videos ( the same workouts that are on our DVDs) in the Workout Blender, not our Cathe Live videos.

Sorry for the confusion! I just meant that I blended a workout in the blender
Similar to that CatheLive class, not the actual class.

It's ok to do that, forum_admin, isn't it? Meaning to make a blender workout
Similar to a live class?
