Good morning....hope you are feeling better Dutchie. I am doing KPC instead of Kenpo and maybe Power Hour depending on my time..should only be about 96 today...a cooling trend?...have a great wrokout...:)...Carole
 
Hi everyone,

No workout for me today. Feel so terrible I called in sick. I had a hard time getting myself heard on the other end, cause I have no voice at all today. Thank god for email :):) My kids are very caring: they offered to stay home from school to take care of me :) :) Like I would fall for that one:) :)

Mine was Bootcamp. Glutton for punishment I guess. :+

I did some 40 min mixed cardio at a moderate effort then P90X/Core.

Gotta run now...

Oh Dutchie I do hope you feel better soon.

I did Slow and Heavy Triceps though for some reason it took getting past the first exercise for me to get into it and dropping the poundage of the weight I was using. Hey after cleaning up an exploded goodnite (for those of you who don't know older kids wear them to bed if they bedwet) my 7.5 year old decided to swing around the room all the wet goop came out, think exploding diaper.:eek: I am surprise I got into my workout at all, ugh!! KIDS!!! and boys to boot.

I also did the abs on that one and then I did Cardio Kicks just the Kicks and Punches segment with stretch about 44 min. I think.:p
