Thanks Annette, Dutchie and Mari for your kind words about my dog. I know deep in my heart it was right...I just miss him..:(...WOW...P90X Dutchie...cool....:)....today is Legs & Back, a run and Ab ripper. My upper back is a bit sore from the yoga yesterday. ...enjoy your workouts...:)...Carole

Gotta hurry today -- 20 min Nordictrack and P90X Back and Legs. As usual, I'm pooped....:) :)

I did Slow and Heavy Biceps with the abs on that workout too, then I did MIC hi/lo segment only. I am down another half a pound so I only have 2 more to go to be at my goal. Then once I am there I will reevaluate and see about possibly going lower. My dh wants me to shoot for 150 again, I don't know if I can get there or not and maintain it. I really really don't want to have to kill myself to maintain a certain weight, if you know what I mean. But my waist is down as is my stomach and for once my thighs are down too, so I am losing inches and that is great!!!:D :7

I did S&H Chest and Back; Circuit Max, and 20 minutes of Abs (SJP, KPC-my personal favorite ab routine, S&H). Now I have to get to work:(
 
Hi Carole: So sorry about your dog:( I know it must be difficult, I'm sending you healing thoughts (a virtual massage perhaps:) It's too bad your therapist is out of town) I'm glad you're trooping on faithfully with your workouts it's like medicine for the soul:).
I taught my classes today so it was 1 hour of endurance weights and 1 hour yoga/pilates/tai chi. Cardio tomorrow, I WISH it was the new Advanced DVD but alas......:-( .....not yet.
