Working Woman Workouts

I wake up at 4:30 Monday-Friday to workout and then commute into New York City.

I need an intense 30-35 minute workout since I don't have a lot of time in the morning. I'm using the Pure and Simple series which are the perfect length during the week and then use your 60 -70 minute tapes on the weekend. But like all routines, I've stopped seeing results over time.

I would like to see more options for 30 minute workouts for the busy working woman.

Have you tried any of the hardcore series? There are plenty of premixes on these that are about half an hour (or a little more...) including a warm up and a cool down. You would need a DVD player...I just discovered these and am finding these shorter workouts still a challenge.

Thanks Jenn. I take a look at the Hardcore series and see what might work.

I appreciate your response!:)

I have a similar problem. I can only work out for 1 hour in the morning and most of Cathe's DVDs are 75 minutes or longer. I've been doing the Timesaver versions which are great. I really love that option. Please keep giving us those timesavers!

I agree. I don't see why they need be so long when you've reached your level of intensity.. why go any more. I agree on the 30 minute ones.

If I'm running late then I just don't do the whole video. Like, I'll do the first two sections of Power Max & skip the third entirely.

how do you know when you're at the end of a section to stop it? Do you just stop or can this be programed? if so, please don't tell me this. I program challenged:)

Thank you muchly Cathy. I had been working on getting an image up all morning. looking for practice space and then my help came. It was not the one I orignially wanted but since it looks good, thank you. I will leave it alone. It represents a lot about me though.
