I'm obviously not Cathe, but I thought I'd give you my thoughts. I do think you should give your body time to recover. Depending upon how bad your muscle pain is, you don't want to push your body to the point where you end up straining a muscle and then you'll be completely out of commission. If you don't want to stop working out completely maybe do a lighter workout or maybe some relaxing yoga to really stretch out the muscles. Be careful when trying to work through the pain and don't forget to listen to your body.
