Hi all.
I just received my new DVDs from CK Sales ( yay ) and I was looking for tips on how to work up to these longggg sounding workouts. I have completed the Beginners Rotation and would like a new challenge but I don't know if I'm ready to do the full workouts I just got in the mail. They sound a bit hard for me to do yet. I don't want to overdo it and hurt my back or knees. Thanks.
PS God bless to anyone in the Military or who has family and friends in the Service. It is Remembrance Day here in Canada, and my heart goes out to all Military personnel. xo I am so grateful for their work and sacrifice.
