That is where I need some help..maybe I am at a plateau. Just over a year ago during our last deployment I started working out with Cathe and it has been that way ever since. I got GREAT RESULTS when I began..that's when I was at 125. I haven't stopped stepping since..My goodness I do need to mix things up some. I am going to take a break and try the SS rotation..adding 30 minutes of a cathe interval workout 3-4 times a week for extra cardio. I am hoping this will be what my body needs to break this rut it seems to be in
