What brand/type of work out shoe do you wear?

I prefer Nike Shox for Cathe's workouts; they are great on my knees.

For step or weights, I wear Nike also, but for the Hiit, Ryka is my footwear of choice.

I find them to have much more support and cushioning then any other sneaker.

I just bought my first pair of Ryka shoes, and I LOVE them.

Glad I was able to read the boards today. I have been needing a new pair of trainers and have foot issues (very flat feet). Due to you all's recommendations, I just ordered my first pair of Ryka's from Zappos. I hope they are as good as all the reviews say cause I'm so tired of having to buy shoes only to have them sit in the closet!

IN cathe's Shock Cardio

I was wondering what shoes Cathe wears in Shock Cardio...specifically in Circuit Blast.
Does anyone know??
