Hi Kathryn,
I was looking at the Spri band that Tracie Long used in her Functional Foundations DVD. I googled Spri bands and that website came up. I never heard of it before and I shop for work out equipment online almost exclusively. It looks like they carry a lot of stuff and the prices seem good too. I just don't like ordering from places I'm not familiar with.

If you need a barbell set, you can get an 80 pound "beginner" set for under $40.00 through the Amazon market place. I have it and the Troy Lite barbell and it's a good value. Shipping is $7.00.

You are welcome. I see there's a hundred pound set as well for $35.00. But it's the shipping that impresses me. Lo those many years ago the 80 lb set was 20 bucks with 4 dollar shipping. It's suffering from inflation but still a good deal. I looked the link up from a conversation we had here a few years ago.
