Work at home Newbie

I was looking under the top 10 exercise videos and came across this wonderful place! I am a medical transcriptionist and work from my home and am ready to begin a workout tape series. I did others in the past but am looking for a real challange. I currently run 5 days a week 2 miles a day and do some weight lifting once or twice a week, nothing real vigerous just at our school weight room. I am READY, with school beginning and the kids gone next month, to start something new.

My question is: What is a good video to begin with? My legs and buttocks need the most help. I am probably a small build person on top and maybe 10 pounds overweight. Anyway any help would be great!

Thanks so much!
Lori;)

Hi Lori, first of all welcome. If you want a lower body workout you can buy the Legs and glutes/Kick, punch and crunch dvd.Legs and glutes is a great lower body workout. KPC is a challenging kickboxing workout. You will find useful premixes in the dvd too. You can't go wrong with Cathe.

Mariángeles a spanish terminator and TAEBO junkie. :) :)

Welcome aboard Lori. We have the same profession and at home too. Looks like you got some good advice from Mariangeles. She's right, you can't go wrong with Cathe.

Medical Transcription eh... I was looking into that for staying home when I have kids. How is that going??? Is it easy to get into? training and such?

I am new to Cathe as well and I have gotten similar advice... KPC/LG or Gym Style Legs, or a mixture like BootCamp and Muscle Endurance.
They are expensive tapes so I haven't decided still which to get!!
