Hi all, I just wanted to know if its still alright to work-out even though I have a cough and cold, its not as bad as last week, and I still have energy.
I have always been told as long as you don't have a fever. If you overheat with a fever it could put you into a seisure. A nurse told me a seisure is your body's way of cooling itself back down.
This is heresay.
If i have a simple cold it doesn't stop me,but flu and aching puts me down.
