Winsor Pilates Question

I am looking to buy some Pilates tapes. Which of the Winsor Pilates have made a difference in your body shape?

The Winsor "Advanced Body Slimming", and Winsor "Bun and Thighs" have worked for me. They're only 20 minutes each and really work! Out of the 7 in the pack, these 2 are my favorites. I believe Collage sells them separately.

I ordered the Winsor Pilates set from the infomercial. I didn't really care for it and ended up returning it. If you've never done pilates, I would buy a cheaper tape first before spending a lot of money.

It came with 3 tapes: an instructional tape, a 20min tape, and a longer tape. I felt the 20min tape was too rushed. She would have us go from move to move quickly, but by the time I felt any sort of burn, we were onto the next move. The instructional tape was informative since I never really did pilates. But if I was only going to do 1 out of the 3 tapes (the advanced tape) regularly, I felt it was too expensive.
