Windy day here!

Wow has it been windy here last night and today. Winds have been gusting up to 40 mph. Things have been banging in the night which I still am not sure where the noise was coming from! First thing this morning I checked to see if my light-up ghost was still outside and to my disbelief he was still standing there! Anyone else getting the wind? I live in southern tier New York state.

Yesterday was pretty windy here, too! That's always a bad sign to me, as it means that two different temperature fronts have met, and usually it means that the cold weather is a comin'! The chimes on my front porch were finally ringing loud enough for me to hear them inside!

I'm not too far from you, and your right it's wiiiindy. I live a little bit north of Albany. On the hilltops they (weatherman) said winds could go up to 60-70 mph. Hold onto your hats. What scares me is we have a very old, very large, dead tree next to our house. It looks like it could fall over any minute. I had branches all over my yard after Isabel. I've been pricing around for it to be removed ~ I better not wait too long or I wont have a bedroom!
