Will This Rotation do what I want it to?

Hello!

Starting next week, I want to do my own rotation using the Cathe dvds and videos that I have. I would like to lose some weight and get some definition. I have looked at other rotations to see what I need to include. Here it is:

Week One

S - Rhythmic Step
M - GS CT/ SJP premix #9 Hi/lo add on
T - Low Max
W - GS BSB/KickMax leg conditioning drills(just because I love them)
T - Step Blast
F - GS Legs

Week Two

S - SJP
M - Imax 3
T - PLB
W - PUB
T - Step Works
F - MIS

Week Three

S - Imax 1
M - GS Legs
T - Step Blast
W - GS CT/ SJP Premix # 1 All Step
T - Kick Max
F - GS BSB

Week Four

S - Rhythmic Step
M - Legs and Glutes
T - Imax 2
W - CTX Upper Body
T - KPC
F - Power Hour


I an also going to make sure I do at least 3-4 ab workouts a week. How does this sound? I thought that going heavy on the weights one week then lighter the next would help create muscle confusion so I would get better results. I would appreiciate any input.
