Joanne,
Please dont give up!!!! I ordered Lowmax about a year ago, and was so overwhelmed by Cathe's choregraphy, that I traded it. A few months ago I decided to try Cathe again but slower this time. I read some posts with suggestions for people like me who are "choregraphy" challenged. I started with Basic Step/Body Fusion. I can now do that with no problems. I also have Low Impact Step, and can do that also, but I think it is a little more challenging than Basic Step. You might want to try that for a while, then go back to Low Impact Step. I can assure you that If I can do it you can too!!! I am now working on Power Max on the Cardio Hits dvd. I love Cathe's strength workouts but was determined to master her step workouts. If you enjoy her strength workouts with cardio try LIC. It is more of a intermediate level. The choregraphy is quite doable for me. I love this new workout!
