Will anyone ever do Blast Only premix from IXAX 2?

This premix interests me, but I can't see myself doing 10 intensity blasts in a row! What is the purpose of this? To be in a constant anerobic state with just a short cooldown in between seems like overkill, or will some people find this useful?
 
I tacked the blast only section of Imax to the end of Time Saver
Step and it was really fun. Much easier than Imax 2 as a whole.
Cathe did leave in the cool down sections for each set and it made it
very doable. It seemed like a whole new 1 hour workout. Boot Camp Cardio only, on the other hand, is VERY extreme. Even though it only clocks out at 19
minutes, it is grueling!!!! Send in the parametics!!! Just my .02.

I did and it about killed me! But it really gave me a sense of accomplishment when I got through them all! Not with the best of form, but by gosh, I hung in there!
