I tacked the blast only section of Imax to the end of Time Saver
Step and it was really fun. Much easier than Imax 2 as a whole.
Cathe did leave in the cool down sections for each set and it made it
very doable. It seemed like a whole new 1 hour workout. Boot Camp Cardio only, on the other hand, is VERY extreme. Even though it only clocks out at 19
minutes, it is grueling!!!! Send in the parametics!!! Just my .02.
