I just did disc 17 and my legs/butt are singing right now. I am not sure if it is a happy song yet.
So my question is: When I do the narrow squats it says 80lbs weight, so I did that and it worked out fine (I did it with the Barbell). Then when I get to wide squats I have no target number but since it is in the same triset as the deadlifts I used the same weight with the barbell, 65lbs. I still felt it but I am concerned that I should be much heavier than that. Unfoutunalty I don't have enough weight to have the barbell loaded and the hand weights loaded (they are both adjustable) and there is not enough time between the sets to change them. Should my wide squats weight be the same as the narrow squats weight?
How different are everyone elses weights?
