Hello everyone? Happy friday to you all!!! Anyway I'll get to the point. I discovered Cathe in Nov. 2005 while I was home with a new born baby and watching Fit Tv and have been hooked ever since. I have all her videos. I havent order STS though and I dont know if I will. I'm still on the fence about it because I have the other videos which already has a great variety and it's also pricey for me right now. I'm in the best shape ever. I even have great muscle definition so I'm pretty much happy. I work out consistently 5-6 days a week doing rotations and eating for the most part pretty clean. With an a occassional indulgence about twice a week. although those are becoming more frequently!!!My weight fluctuates between 123-127 depending on those indulgences and PMS. So I've just been in a funk lately. Like this week I only worked out twice week before was only 4 times. When I got home from work yesterday I ate 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers and some cheese nips and then some icecream. This is happening more and more lately over the last 3 weeks. And I dont know why. I want to do it but I'm just not motivated. But in the same same breath I've worked so hard these last three years to get where I am and I dont want to lose it. Anyway just wanted to vent sorry for going on have a nice weekend every one!!!!
