Why, yes Cathe, that IS the Hudson River!!

I had such a chuckle doing disc 21 last night (B&B). As usual, Cathe knows exactly what your body is feeling when, and part-way through biceps barbell curls she talks about forearm soreness/fatigue. Exactly when I was feeling it! That's pretty standard. However, after one of the back exercises (I believe deadlifts), Cathe has us sit down on the chair to stretch our backs and does a gentle spinal twist. At one point she says, "look down the river." She then asks, "Is that the Hudson River out there?" I had to laugh and say "YES!" My apartment overlooks the Hudson River! So not only am I getting the NYC skyline in the video background, but Cathe directly references my actual view while I'm working out! She says it when I'm literally looking out the window at the Hudson River! Too funny!!
 
That is funny. I've had that happen on other DVDs where Cathe will give some type or encouragement like "yes you can do it" right when I'm thinking I can't go on. It's eerie sometimes.
