Why Dogs Bite People

OMG, you won't believe this.

A few years ago, I entered my two into a petsmart costume contest as the Tin man & Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz. I dressed as the cowardly lion.
We came in second place. First place was a weiner dog dressed as a hot dog!
No sour grapes though.:) The little guy was extremely adorable!

Here is a picture of them in their costumes:

Cynthia, I love that pic of your babies...too cute!

About 5 years ago I made two hot dog costumes for my doxies. It was when we still had a our first boy Docker and Tanner was about 2yrs old.

They turned out so darn cute. I put ketchup, mustard, onions and relish...all the fixins :D

We walked them around the neighborhood on Halloween and had them outside with us to hand out candy. They were a big hit with the trick o treaters.

I wish I had a pic to post but it was before I had my digital camera.

Chastity

Too funny. I don´t often forward stuff to my mail list, but that one went. The first picture of the greyhound could have been mine

That is too cute!!!

Cynthia - I can't believe your dogs let you do that to them. My Ralphie would never stand for that! HA!! I tried to put a Santa hat on him and he wanted no part of it. LOL

LOL I got that in an email a while back; it is HILARIOUS. Makes you feel glad we're the ones with opposable thumbs, right?? ;)

LOVE the Oz Dogs! We tried a photo of our cats for our Christmas card and I can just say, it wasn't pretty. ;)

In one of the Drs. Foster and Smith pet supply catalogs there are pictures of dogs in Holloween costumes. One is of a humiliated-looking shaggy dog in a black and white striped prison get-up, complete with cap. The poor thing looked soooo embarassed.

LOL! I do get a little carried away with the costumes:D

Hey, we won a huge basket of toys, collars and treats, and then donated them to a young couple who was adopting a stray rescue in Petsmart.
