One reason: Results! I have muscles and definition like nothing I've ever gotten from any workout program or gym I've ever tried before. (No, I don't look like Cathe or half of the women here, but I look great for me.)
2. I don't have to pay megabucks to go to a gym and wait for the weight machines
3. I can do my cardio in the morning and come home and get a weight workout done after work, even if I get home late
4. I love the structure of Cathe's workouts and the variety of workouts that she offers (see reason #1 again!!)
5. I like lifting weights to music--I find it takes my mind off of working out and I can go heavier.
