Who's made hotel reservations?

I'm having a rough time. I called once & was left on hold for more than 5 minutes. I called again & they took my name & number & said someone would call me back. I hope they're not booked up by the time someone returns my call. x(

I think they may be booked according to the info on the Ask Cathe board. I think Kathy, and Debbie H are looking into the other hotel, now.
 
$110 for two nights or one? It was $134 for both nights at the Ramada. I'd hate to pay $220 for this. I'm really cheap. ;-)
 
Hi everyone! We are working very hard on this right now. The Fairfield is all booked at this time as is the Ramamda, BUT please call the Ramada NOW and reserve your spot while there are still rooms at The Radisson. We are doing all booking thru the Ramada. (I'm sorry that some employees were not aware of that this morning, but I THINK we have it all ironed out now.) We have a much better price at this point then $110.00 but are waiting to get it lowered even more. So, please go book now so we know how many rooms we need at the second hotel. At this point there are PLENTY of rooms but should a wedding party or such call with a large group, we might be out of luck. As long as you are on the list, there will be no problem. Thanks ALL!!!!

Hi Sabrina! I am not sure. We did not block rooms at the Fairfield. I know at this point the Fairfield is full. Is there any possiblity that you can cancel that reservation so you are closer to us? From what I hear, the Fairfield is across the highway from us and would not be a good "fit". Also, we have a better price for you at The Radisson. No pressure if you are satisfied with your reservation. We'd just like for you to party with us at all times! (Unless you WANT to sleep! Ha!)

Oh my god....I just realized that I don't know "which" hotel I booked in! It was $67 and I saved the email at home but when I was reading this, I thought to myself "holy cow Christine, where did you book!?!" I was so excited to book that I never even looked!

On another note, when I called it was pretty funny b/c I told the girl that I had a group rate and she said "Are you calling for the Cathe road trip? Wow, you guys have been filling our lines all evening!"

ETA - OK looks like I booked at the Ramada by the rate. ha ha ha! Too funny!
 
What rooms are available? Are there enough at the Radisson for the rest of us? I need a hotel from Thursday the 14th to Monday the 18th. I will have to see if they have a room for those nights and then cancel the other hotel (hopefully I wont be charged).

Christine, if you booked last week it was def The Ramada. (Plus the price is $67/nite.) Sooo you are all set! Sabrina, yes...at this point they have blocked all the rooms we need for the rest of the group. The Fairfield should NOT charge you any fee but please verify that with them should you decide to cancel with them. Good Luck and hope to see you closeby!
