I am at the end of week 2 of a BB BBL rotation so today I did 3 BFBM circuits for a little cardio and then the standing portion of BBL High and Tight. I did not have time to finish so I have the rest of the work out (about 30 mins) on tap for tonight!
Just a quick run out of the stress of the day to say, hey, I did CC7 this morning and it was the best CC workout I've ever had! I found that level 3 groove and rode it all the way in. It was actually maybe the best run I've had all winter.
