Who's in the storm track?

Maryland...we got some Wednesday but nothing to write home about. We ARE in the storm track, so they say, for Saturday & Sunday.

Guess I'd better make sure we have all the necessary basics. Chocolate. Wine. Coffee. Ice cream. :p

Hi FitnessGoddess.

I'm a bit southwest of Philly. I live in Delaware County, but my husband's family is also about 15 minutes from the Ben Franklin (in Cherry Hill mostly).

Looking foward to the Eagles game on Sunday too, but I'm glad I'll be watching it from home. My brother is going, but it would be too cold for me to sit outside. My company has a box at the stadium, but I've only ever been given pre-season tickets. I guess the execs all keep the playoff tickets.

Have fun shovelling everyone!

I am in Canada, Prince edward Island, and we got blasted yesterday. The sun is shining now but it so cold, I nothing is moving. The storm came and left very quickly.

I live in Lexington, KY. From what the weatherman is saying here we are supposed to start off with ice and then get 1-3 inches of snow by Sunday morning. I'm just happy this storm is going to pretty much pass us by, but earlier this week we were not so sure. Our state is never equipped to deal with snow like the northern states, not enough money. Must be because we normally get snow 2-4 times during the season and normally 1-2 inches at a time. When we had 6 inches of ice about 2 years ago a very large portion of the city (I think 3/4)was primarily out of power for about a week. My work, located on a dead end street, did not regain power for 1 1/2 weeks and we are located in Lexington not some rural area.

I guess we are in the storm track also (in MI), according to the forecast we could get 5-10". Oh joy, I wish winter was over. I am not a snowbird : )

Hello! Yes, yesterday was a mess. I'm a teacher and luckily, we have managed to miss zero days this so far this year. Thursday and Friday of this week are teacher workdays, so we're still not missing school! The kids are all doing snow dances in hopes of having a snow day Monday!
